Hi Lorna, How long can Estrosmart be taken 4 a day? My sister has been taking it for 3 months and it is shrinking her fibroid. Can she be on for an other 6 months safely - that would be total of 9 months. Please reply to me since I have to mail them to Europe for her. Thank you Tina

As long as your sister is NOT taking Estrosmart PLUS, then it is safe for you sister to take 4 Estrosmart a day as long as she needs to. Once her fibroid has been delete with she can go down to two a day. Lorna does state on the Estrosmart bottle that 4 a day can be taken for fibroids. The concern with Estrosmart Plus is getting too much vitex. However, it is safe to take 2 Estro Plus with 2 Estrosmart a day.

I will add to this. I have been on 4 Estrosmart per day for 9 years. I intend to take this dose until I die to protect my breasts, cervix, uterus and to ensure no polyps or fibroids come back.

Creating links

There are two ways of creating links:
  • [Example]( produces a link like this: Example
  • The fully qualified address, like, will automatically be converted to a link.

Formatting Text

  • You can make your text italic by surrounding it with * characters, *like this.*
  • Bold formatting is produced by surrounding your text with two stars, **like so**.
  • You can even ***use both at the same time***.

  • You can make a bulleted list using stars, like this:

    * First Item
    * Second Item
    * Third Item

  • If you want a numbered list, just write it out like this:
    1. First Item
    2. Second Item
    3. Third Item

You can produce headers for your posts using the '#' symbol.
  • '#Main Heading Example' produces a top level heading.
  • '##Sub Heading Example' produces a sub level heading.
  • '###Small Heading Example' produces a small heading.
