raynauds + arthritis

Dear Lorna, My daughter and I have been suffering with raynauds for years. She also has ibs and I also have hashimotos and arthritis. I am thinking they may all be related to a gluten sensitivity. What can you recommend that will get rid of the raynauds? Have you heard of gluten related illnesses including arthritis, raynauds and hashimotos?

Gluten or any allergy for that matter can cause terrible autoimmune or arthritic symptoms. My first two books were on the immune system and I have a free book called Get a Grip on Arthritis which is under the book button to the left. You and your daughter need the following: Celadrin 3 softgels per day, 3000mg of fish oil per day with food, 3 capsules of moducare, 1 scoop of Magsmart at bedtime. Tell me how you feel in 6 weeks. Follow the diet in the Get a Grip book.

  • Bold formatting is produced by surrounding your text with two stars, **like so**.
  • You can even ***use both at the same time***.

Lists

  • You can make a bulleted list using stars, like this:

    * First Item
    * Second Item

    2. Second Item
    3. Third Item
