What isn't safe to combine with birth control pills?

Do I need to worry about supplements wearing off the effectiveness of my birth control pills? I want to lose weight, build up my immune system and just feel healthy and of course look AMAZING! (get rid of my pooch and thunder thighs!) I've been taking your Ironsmart (LOVE the taste), and was sold AdrenaSense thinking it was Adrenasmart. (Won't make that mistake again!) Are these safe to take with my birth control pills? Should I be waiting a few hours between taking my pill and taking a supplement?

Hi thanks for supporting me and NOT buying the SENSE products. I do appreciate this. You can take the PILL at least 2 hours from any natural product. Ironsmart is an amazing supplement. If you want to look amazing then you should check out CLA Plus and Glucosmart and GLA skin oil under the product button. I also have a book called A Smart Woman's Guide to Weight Loss as well. Kind regards, Lorna

  • The fully qualified address, like, will automatically be converted to a link.

Formatting Text

  • You can make your text italic by surrounding it with * characters, *like this.*
  • Bold formatting is produced by surrounding your text with two stars, **like so**.
  • You can even ***use both at the same time***.

  • You can make a bulleted list using stars, like this:

    * First Item
    * Second Item
    * Third Item

  • If you want a numbered list, just write it out like this:
    1. First Item
    2. Second Item
    3. Third Item

You can produce headers for your posts using the '#' symbol.
  • '#Main Heading Example' produces a top level heading.
  • '##Sub Heading Example' produces a sub level heading.
  • '###Small Heading Example' produces a small heading.
