Cherry extract

Have just recently been diagnosed with gout after more than a year of complaining that something is wrong with my big toe as I can't wear regular shoes it hurts so much. Doctor prescribed Zyloprim but after two weeks I suffered servere dizzyness. Instead of this medication could I use cherry extract to neutralize the acid? Thanks so much for your time. Joan

You will have to change your diet as diet is the cause of gout. You should buy the sour cherry juice unsweetened and mix it with mineral water or herbal tea. You can read all about gout in my FREE book Get a Grip on Arthritis under the book button on the left. Read about which foods to avoid. Items like red meats, chicken, seafood, alcohol etc. If you eat nothing but vegetables for 2 weeks your gout will be gone.

Creating links

There are two ways of creating links:

Formatting Text

You can make your text italic by surrounding it with * characters, *like this.*
Bold formatting is produced by surrounding your text with two stars, **like so**.

Lists

You can make a bulleted list using stars, like this:

If you want a numbered list, just write it out like this:

Headings

You can produce headers for your posts using the '#' symbol.

'#Main Heading Example' produces a top level heading.
