low vitamin d and anemia

My ferritin is 9 and my vit D is 36. I have difficulty breathing, dizzy spells, and rapid heart beat. Please help. I do not know what to take and the doctors are puzzled. They are looking for symptoms of heart attack but cannot come up with anything.

Both your ferritin and vitamin D levels are low. You should get a vitamin D supplement, someone at your local health food store can help you choose a good brand. You should also take Lorna's Ironsmart. Lorna believes an ideal ferritin level for women is 70. Low iron can cause the symptoms you have described in your 2 posts, fatigue, dizzy spells and getting your period every 14 days. Ironsmart is a great source of iron that will not cause stomach upset or constipation and will help to quickly raise your iron levels. Plus it has a delicious caramel flavor.

After taking these supplements for a few months you should go and get your levels tested again.

Creating links

There are two ways of creating links:
  • [Example]( produces a link like this: Example
  • The fully qualified address, like, will automatically be converted to a link.

Formatting Text

  • You can make your text italic by surrounding it with * characters, *like this.*
  • Bold formatting is produced by surrounding your text with two stars, **like so**.
  • You can even ***use both at the same time***.

  • You can make a bulleted list using stars, like this:

    * First Item
    * Second Item
    * Third Item

  • If you want a numbered list, just write it out like this:
    1. First Item
    2. Second Item
    3. Third Item

You can produce headers for your posts using the '#' symbol.
  • '#Main Heading Example' produces a top level heading.
  • '##Sub Heading Example' produces a sub level heading.
  • '###Small Heading Example' produces a small heading.
